I have a tip that might be of help, it was for me:

Try studing models; the way the pose, their facial expressions, everything you can. Also, try posing in a mirror while you do that, it helps!

I watched America's Next Top Model too; they give the girls advice, and you watch them pose and move around. Honestly, that helped alot, because they also give the girls tips too to help them.

After I watched it, I tried those things, and it's been helping me to pose for my pictures
